Vívolo Café was born as a tribute to my mother, to her love for serving others and her deep connection to the land. This project is a reminder that life is short — and every cup matters. That’s why we share it with the very best: with you.
Since 2023, we’ve journeyed through mountains, learned from our coffee growers, tasted hundreds of flavor profiles, and developed a coffee that is more than a beverage — it’s a sensory and emotional experience that honors our roots and embraces innovation.

We are roasters, exporters, and educators. We analyze each coffee from its origin to the final cup, following the highest standards of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) — but we do it with closeness, joy, and purpose.
